Welcome to Fight o Fly –

Where Strength, Mindfulness, and Empowerment Meet

Hi, I’m Elva, and I created Fight o Fly to share a unique journey of fitness that blends the power of kickboxing with the mindfulness of Pilates. I’m originally from Taiwan, and my fitness journey has been transformative — from overcoming personal challenges to building a community of like-minded individuals.

I’ve been training in kickboxing for over 8 years, and my Pilates practice started during my recovery from a shoulder injury, where I discovered a new level of fitness that’s now a core part of what I teach.

At Fight o Fly, we’re not just about building strength — we’re about creating balance, peace, and a sense of empowerment in everything we do.

After cancer surgery, I struggled to find my identity and confidence. I felt unbalanced in every area of my life, and the frustration and anger I carried needed an outlet. That’s when I found kickboxing. The intense, physical practice became a way to reclaim my power. Each punch and kick was a step towards rebuilding myself, mentally and physically.

But as I grew stronger, I realized something was still missing. That’s when I found Pilates. I was an athlete, but Pilates opened up a whole new level of awareness in my body. It taught me to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with each muscle in a way that kickboxing couldn’t. It brought balance and peace into my life, helping me stay grounded even during intense moments.

The combination of these two worlds — kickboxing and Pilates — transformed my fitness journey. They complement each other beautifully. My punches became more powerful, my movements more controlled, and I found a sense of stillness and clarity in the midst of action.

I started Fight o Fly because I want to help others find the same balance, strength, and peace I found through this practice. It’s not just about getting fit; it’s about discovering the power within you — mentally, physically, and emotionally. I believe this combination will not only transform your body but elevate your life.
